This private, artist-created house is a non-smoking environment, full of inspiring details located in the lovely and quaint town of Nevada City, California.

This 1000-square-foot cozy house has fine details and artistic touches throughout.

• Two bedrooms: one with queen bed, one with single bed
• Two full bathrooms; two showers/one tub

The spacious private yard is enclosed with a stucco fence; bamboo creates a privacy screen from neighbors. A wonderful 100-year-old walnut tree shades nearly the entire backyard. An easy-to-use gas BBQ adds to the ambience. There is off-street parking for up to four vehicles.
