This private, artist-created house is a non-smoking environment, full of inspiring details located in the lovely and quaint town of Nevada City, California.

This 1000-square-foot house, 2/2, is quiet and cozy, with finely detailed, artistic touches throughout.
• Perfect for a couple's get-away, it accommodates three guests comfortably
• A great place for grandparent's visiting their families in the area
• Two bedrooms: one with queen bed, one with single bed
• Two full baths
• Kid friendly: highchair and port-a-crib with bedding available
• A/C for hot summer days
• Cable TV, DVD, CD, WiFi
• Full kitchen with granite counters 
• Linens provided

The spacious private yard is enclosed with a southerners stucco fence. Bamboo creates a privacy screen from neighbors as well. A wonderful 100-year-old walnut tree shades nearly the entire yard. An easy-to-use gas BBQ adds to the ambience. There is off-street parking for up to four vehicles.
