Cancellation
policy - A
15% fee is charged for any
reservation that is changed
or cancelled. Full refund
of rental fee (less 15%)if
cancelled 60 days prior to
stay. No refund
if cancelled 5 days
prior to stay, unless we re-book. Then a full refund (less
a 15% service fee).
With only one unit available, we hope you understand
our policy.
Deposits - Full
payment if two weeks or less until stay. 50% due at time
of reservation, 50% two weeks prior to stay if reserved more
than two weeks in advance.
Other
policies - Must
have credit card number on file even if paying by other means,
for possible damage to facility.
