Payment options - Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, check, money order
Check-in - 3 pm
Check-out - 11 am
County lodging tax - 10%
Cancellation policy - A 15% fee is charged for any reservation that is changed or cancelled. Full refund of rental fee (less 15%)if cancelled 60 days prior to stay. No refund if cancelled 5 days prior to stay, unless we re-book. Then a full refund (less a 15% service fee). With only one unit available, we hope you understand our policy.
Deposits - $150 damage deposit; fully returnable if no damage. Additional $200 pet damage deposit.
Payments - Full payment if two months prior to reservation date. If reserved more than two months in advance; 50% due at time of reservation, 50% two months prior to stay.
Other policies - Must have credit card number on file even if paying by other means, for possible damage to facility.
