Holidays:(Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc) add 20% to 3-day weekend prices, or week long prices at Christmas/New Years.
Add county bed tax of 10%.
Deposits: $165 deposit is required at time of reservation. Full amount (less any damages) is mailed back via check one week afer departure.
Pet policy: Small pets may be accepted.Cost per night is $17 per day/$100 per week. A $200 refundable pet-deposit is also required.
Cancellation policy: A 15% fee is charged for any reservation that is changed or cancelled. Full refund of rental fee (less 15% ) if cancelled 60 days prior to stay. No refund if cancelled 59 days prior to stay, unless we re-book. Then a full refund (less a 15% service fee) is given. With only one unit available, we hope you understand our policy.
