Fri-Sun & Holidays @ $150 night/2 night min ...........................Rates based on two-person occupancy
Mon-Thur @ $125 night/2 night min
Weekly rate: $825 (no Saturday starts)
Two weeks: $1400 (no Saturday starts)
Monthly rate: $2480 (or $80 per night - non taxable)
Additional guests (over 2) and pets @ $17 per night/$100 per week/$300 month
Cleaning fees: $75 up to 1 week; $100 up to 2 weeks; $125 up to 3 weeks; $150 for month
County tax: 10%
Security deposit: $200 as well as $200 refundable pet-deposit; $500 if renting for month or more

Secuirty deposits: Full amount (less any damages) is mailed back via check one week after departure.

Cancellation policy: A 15% fee is charged for any reservation that is changed or cancelled. Full refund of rental fee (less 15% ) if cancelled 60 days prior to stay. No refund if cancelled 59 days prior to stay, unless we re-book. Then a full refund (less a 15% service fee) is given.
